PLAYGROUNDS AT LEEDS CASTLE
Adventure playgrounds for children of all ages
Knights' Stronghold Playground
The new Knights' Stronghold Playground for ages up to 14 years old will open in April 2019.
The huge new adventure playground will be modelled on the design of Leeds Castle. Children can let off steam by navigating through the wooden replica of the Castle with spiralling slides, fireman’s poles, giant cargo nets and zip wires. Climb to the Castle turrets which will be used as a lookout and besieged by a whole army of young visitors.
The Knights' Stronghold will be accessible to all, for ages up to 14, with space inside for parents to watch the action.
Official Opening - 13th April
Children’s TV presenter Ben Cajee from CBeebies will open both the Leeds Castle Adventure Golf and Knights' Stronghold Playground, as part of our 900th anniversary celebrations.
The official opening of both new attractions will take place on Saturday 13th April at 12pm. Arrive early to be one of the first to explore the new attractions and have a selfie with Ben!
Squires’ Court Playground
Younger children can climb turrets, swing across zip lines, play in the sand pits and plunge down the slides of the Squires' Courtyard Playground at Leeds Castle.
Parents can relax and watch as their children play independently and in safety. All they need is lots of imagination for hours of fun! This accessible playground is designed for children 6 years and under.
April - September: 10am to 5pm
October - March: 10am to 4pm (closed in icy conditions)
