Ellouise Hasler-Stott, Flowers by EG

'Keep the Drinks Flowing'
Location: Spiral Staircase

As you ascend the spiral staircase lookout for a wooden liquor barrel, as would have been used to store wine for Lady Baillie’s glamorous parties during the 1930s. Deep reds ombreing into pinks and then whites that will flow from the barrel, down the stairs and into a large wine glass situated on the ground floor of my design to represent the wine being poured. With this design I hope to recreate some of the fun and laughter that has happened within these castle walls but also remind people of the history that is soaked within them.

Floristry was a passion Ellouise discovered 6 years ago and she has since won multiple awards including 2018 Gold/‘Best In Show’ at The RHS Chelsea Flower Show. Soon after Flowers By EG was born with the business building strong relationships within the industry and clients alike. Based in Ashford but covering Kent to London.
