Please note that payment is not required prior to your visit.
The Bookings Office is open 9.00am to 5.30pm weekdays. We will require the following details:
Contact name, postal address, email address and phone number Date of your visit Estimated time of arrival Approximate number and breakdown of visitors
All group bookings will be confirmed by email.
How to pay
On arrival at the Ticket Office, payment by the group leader should be made by cash (Pound sterling or Euro), cheque made payable to Leeds Castle Foundation (Pound sterling), debit or credit card (not Amex or Diners).
We offer free admission and a refreshment voucher to your coach driver. The voucher is redeemable in our restaurant or any refreshment kiosk. We also offer free admission for one leader per group.

Unfortunately we do not accept: Amex, Electron, Solo or Diners cards. Cheques should be made payable to 'Leeds Castle Foundation'
Free, hard-standing coach parking is two minutes walk to the Ticket Office. The Leeds Castle Shop, toilets, and refreshment kiosk are nearby.
We welcome visitors with disabilities and offer discounted rates for visitors and their carers plus dedicated transport service for those with limited mobility. We have a limited number of wheelchairs on site for loan, subject to availability. We therefore encourage groups to bring their own wheelchairs whenever possible.
To conform with fire regulations a maximum of two wheelchairs are allowed in the castle at any one time, so some staggering of visit times may be needed. A film of the upper levels of the castle is also provided to ensure that all areas of the castle can be experienced.
