Have you ever wanted to create your own beautiful floral display to showcase at home or gift to a friend but not sure where to start? Our table display floral workshop will take you on a fragrant journey as you uncover the basics and tricks of the trade for all things floral design.
Expert florist, Louise Roots will lead you through the day demonstrating, teaching and helping you understand the principles of what makes a breath-taking display.
You will gain insight into the ways florals complement each other placement, and will receive guidance as you design and create your own display to take away at the end of the day.
During the Workshop you will cover:
– Variety of different floral techniques
– Cost effective ideas
– Different design ideas for different events
– Conditioning of flowers
– Elements of design
What you will experience :
– Discover the floristry, including floral techniques, design elements, and cost effective ideas to re-create at home
– Take away you own unique designed floral display
– The workshop starts at 10am and finishes at 3pm
– Refreshments are complimentary (lunch is not included)
Price: £80 per person
Participants must be an admission ticket holder. Tickets can be purchased at the Visitor Centre upon arrival, or in advance via our website leeds-castle.com/visit. If you book your admission tickets 48 hours ahead of your visit, you will automatically receive an early bird discount.
