Restoring the Yellow Drawing Room Talk

Hear about the recent extensive refurbishment project to bring the Castle’s Yellow Drawing Room back to its former 1930s glory. Discover how this room was used as a Library by the previous owners’, the Wykeham Martins, before becoming a luncheon room in the 1920s and later being redesigned again as a stunning second drawing room for the last private owner Lady Baillie.

This talk is included with your admission ticket and will take place in the Castle at 12pm. There is no need to pre-book.
