Day Delegate Package

Hold a day meeting at Leeds Castle for £89 per person + VAT

Day delegate corporate packages are available in the Maiden’s Tower and include the following:

  • Room hire
  • Buffet lunch and three servings of tea/coffee

24 Hour Delegate corporate Package

Hold a 24-hour meeting at Leeds Castle for £375 per person + VAT

24-hour delegate corporate packages are available within the Castle or Maiden’s Tower and include the following:

Christmas Corporate Packages

Hold your Christmas Party at Leeds Castle
from £75 per person + VAT

Celebrate the festive season with your clients and colleagues by hiring Leeds Castle, The Maiden’s Tower or the Fairfax Hall for your company’s Christmas party.

Fairfax Hall from £75 per person + VAT. Min 100 and Max 200 guests. Includes a reception drink on arrival, 3 course dinner, DJ and room hire from 7pm until Midnight.

Maidens Tower from £99 per person + VAT. Min 50 guests and Max 80. Includes a reception drink on arrival, 3 course dinner, DJ and room hire from 7pm until Midnight.

Maiden’s Tower Summer Barbeques

£65 plus VAT per person (12pm to 4pm)

The Maiden’s Tower, a private medieval venue on the historic Castle island, with it’s own private walled garden, function rooms and 5 beautiful en-suite bedrooms.

Enjoy a delicious BBQ served with a selection of salads and desserts.
This corporate package includes parking, venue hire, BBQ and bar facility (drinks not included) Offer runs from May to September, Sunday to Thursdays.
For parties from 50 – 100 guests.
Overnight accommodation in the Maiden’s Tower bedrooms is possible at an additional £275 per room including breakfast.

Corporate Firework Spectacular

Entertain your clients and colleagues at the biggest and best fireworks display in the South East of England. 

Your guests will be invited to arrive at the Maiden’s Tower on the Castle island to enjoy a hot drink and snack, then wrap up warm and join the crowds to watch the spectacular display. Afterwards make your way back to the Maiden’s Tower for reception drinks followed by a delicious two course buffet dinner. Guests will depart at 10pm.

The Fireworks Spectacular Corporate Package includes:

  • Room Hire
  • Hot Chocolate station with a sweet or savoury treat
  • Tickets for the fireworks 
  • A glass of Mulled Cider
  • Two course buffet

£6,950 for 50 guests – additional guests at £139 

Terms and conditions: Minimum of 50 guests maximum of 80 guests. Guests must leave the Castle island at 4.30pm and cannot return until the island has been safety checked following the firework display.


Following a very successful business year, we wanted somewhere special to host our annual Directors Meeting and celebrate – Leeds Castle certainly delivered! Our party were treated like royalty – with exemplary service provided by all the staff who work there. The setting was magnificent and being able to stay overnight and enjoy a private tour of the castle felt like a huge privilege. After our meeting, we enjoyed a number of sporting activities, including archery, clay pigeon shooting, drumming and duck herding – which were all tremendous fun! The dining experience in the evening was both delicious and delightful. The only downside – a rude awakening by some very noisy geese! In all seriousness, it was a very special two-day event, which will be remembered by Research Partnership’s management team for many years to come



When we booked Leeds Castle as a venue for our Sales & Marketing confernece, we knew it would be special.  We were looking for something different which would energise and stimulate our delegates. We were certainly not disappointed! The setting was magnificent and the food and organization was excellent. Last minute changes, including a doubling of the delegates, was dealt with in a professional and accommodating manner. All staff were efficient, courteous and very approachable. By the end of the conference, I felt I had made some new friends. This was a truly unique, wonderful and unforgettable experience. Nice job Leeds Castle!

We chose Leeds Castle as a venue because it is synonymous with the perception of the St. James’s Place brand – quality, impact, a statement and the ‘wow factor’. We wanted people to arrive at somewhere special that made them feel valued. The venue met all these objectives as our seminar was held inside the castle itself which was a plus. It allowed our guests a real sense of history and grandeur and gave an all round quality, high impact feel. The staff of Leeds Castle were very attentive and ensured that the event went perfectly – both in pre-planning and in execution on the day. The Castle looked superb in the Autumn sun on the day of the event and all the aspects of the day – entry, escorting to the venue, seminar, lunch, and afternoon at leisure went off without any hitches. We will certainly use Leeds Castle again in future.



I was looking for a venue with a difference for our conference and I found out about Leeds Castle online, I was fascinated and amazed by the venue, after reading online about their service and the facilities they offer I was very impressed. The idea of holding our meeting and staying in a castle in the Kent countryside was extremely appealing. On the first day of our event, we ran a medieval themed team building activity in the Estate Parkland, which also included a GPS treasure hunt around the beautiful maze. From my initial enquiry and throughout the event the staff were excellent, very helpful and also on stand-by if we had any enquires. We held meetings in the Tudor Maiden’s Tower, which offered a blank canvas for our activities – with its own private garden. Additionally the food was delicious, from the breakfast, to the lunch and not forgetting the award wining dinners served by a real Castle Butler in the Banqueting Hall. Everything was excellent from the catering to the beautify bedrooms. We had such an amazing time that we are still talking about it now. Leeds Castle is truly a magical place and the best conference facility we have been to not other conference facility can beat this. If you are looking for perfection for your conference this is the place to definitely go.

I wanted to write to you to thank you for your help in pulling together our ‘More than a Million’ event this week, and the impeccable service we and our guests received throughout our stay. Your team were fantastic, I’d particularly like to mention Liam the Butler, who took over every part of our evening arrangements and reassured me that he had everything under control. Everyone showed great flexibility with our changing rooming lists up to the event, and extra requests whilst there such as early breakfast for some guests, which was much appreciated and made our job so much easier. BPP would highly recommend Leeds Castle as a corporate venue to entertain your business colleagues. It is such a grand, picturesque and stunning venue befitting for a lavish dinner and residential stay in an English castle! We found the staff approachable, professional and friendly which took any stress out of organising our dinner in November 2013. Each encounter with every member of staff was excellent and made us feel very welcome. From our initial enquiry, we received prompt responses and clear information covering off all possibilities. Every detail was taken care of for us on the day of our event and the excellent communication and attention to detail is something for the Castle to be proud of. The menus offered us a wide range of choices and the wine and food was beautifully presented. The catering team were extremely helpful in catering for the special dietary requirements in our party. We had to make some last minute changes on the evening but the staff took it all in their stride and it was no problem at all for them. Staying in the Castle’s state bedrooms was a wonderful end to our event. Thanks once again!
