On 24th November 2021, Leeds Castle hosted volunteers from the Ashford Branch of Guide Dogs for the Blind as they visited the historic attraction with their puppies in training.
As part of their training, the dogs must visit popular attractions to become confident when dealing with crowded places – something they will do often when they are qualified as a working guide dog.
These puppies are aged between six months and nine months old. Puppies start their training from when they are seven weeks old up to two years old.
