Do not book golf if you are unwell or may be suffering with any symptoms of COVID-19.
With immediate effect the booking period for members has now been extended to 10 days prior to play. Rounds can be booked through the members’ BRS App, website or by calling 01622 767828.
Prospective members may play by arrangement with the Pro Shop.
Non-members can only book a tee time on the day of play until further notice.
No golfers should arrive at the club without a booked tee time.
3 and 4 ball play will be permitted from 7.30am each day from 13th July but players must be aware of pace of play. Please read the ‘pace of play’ poster in the Professional Shop when you are next at the club.
Arrival at the Golf Club
Please remain in your car until 10 minutes prior to your start time. Be alert to social distancing when leaving your car. Change in the car park as the changing rooms will be closed. Toilets will be open during the above opening hours.
We have set up a spacious one-way route for golfers, but please read and adhere to all yellow signage upon arrival for further instructions.
70% alcohol hand sanitiser and wipes will be readily available for your use and our staff will
always address you from behind a perspex screen.
You may purchase retail items and takeaway refreshments/snacks from the Pro Shop, we are also able to repair golf clubs. All payments must be cashless.
Please maintain the social distancing measures we have in place at all times.
Short Game Practice Area
The chipping green will be open for members only. You must register with the Pro Shop before use. The putting green will remain open but will be limited to two people at once.
Completion of your Round
You are now more than welcome to sit and enjoy a beverage outside of the clubhouse on the terrace whilst adhering to UK Government guidelines on social distancing.
Please note the rakes have been removed from the bunkers along with the rest of the on course furniture. Including ball washers and benches.
Lessons can be offered following the guidelines from the Golf Governing Bodies.
Remaining match-play competitions will be allowed to continue at the club and we are currently looking at ways to reintroduce club competitions. We will be in touch as soon as we have a solution.
