Great day out with or without the kids

“Lovely weekend at Leeds Castle, all the staff we met were so friendly and helpful! The Castle is very interesting and keep very clean not overcrowded, the grounds are stunning and we had a lovely walk through the garden along the pond to the maze (which may I add took as half an hour to get out), but was good fun, the birds of prey show was great to watch too, thank you to you all that made our stay over the weekend a great stay”

“I went to the Leeds Castle on Saturday. It’s absolutely lovely! Wonderful experience! The service it’s kind and support you in every way. I made a mistake for the train and the manager help me a lot. He give me a ride to the station. I was so surprised! The castle is like in the fairy tale! The park is wonderful! Don’t miss it!”

There’s so much to do!

“A visit to Leeds Castle and Gardens is a definite “must do” for anyone who is visiting in Kent. While the price of admission is not cheap, there is so much to do that one can easily spend an entire day here, plus your ticket lasts for a year. There is the castle (with a self-guided tour), the formal gardens (including a wonderful maze), golf, the falconry and many other activities geared toward children. On the day that we visited, there was also a wonderful jousting tournament. To take advantage of all of these activities, I recommend visiting.”

“I took my boyfriend there for his birthday and we are completely satisfied with it. Went inside the castle love the history. Then we had an afternoon tea the food was amazing with Prosecco. Near the end of the day we went through the maze and meet one of the owls when they do a display show before taking the boat back towards the entrance. The whole experience has been incredible and we are definitely going back.”

“By far the best place to go with your kids in Kent. So, so much to do. The play areas are fantastic. They have a cool train to go on, and a nice boat across the lake is fun.”

“Loved this castle! The gardens and castle are beautifully maintained. The castle itself is so interesting and well set out – I’d like to live there! Good value for money. We also ate there and the prices were really reasonable – £8 for fish and chips, £5 for a breakfast bun with hot drink, and meal deals for whole families.”
