Volunteer at Leeds castle

Discover your next adventure and join the team at Leeds Castle.

Leeds Castle Foundation was set up in 1974 following the death of the last owner Lady Baillie. It is charitable foundation that relies entirely on its own endeavours to meet its funding needs.

Volunteers make a significant contribution in enabling the Foundation to deliver a first class service to its visitors. If you become a volunteer, you will join a team which is entrusted with the preservation and development of a very important part of England’s heritage.

We want our volunteers to be happy, fulfilled and effective in their role and to share their enthusiasm and love for this special place with others.

As a volunteer you will contribute your time, energy and skills in support of the work of the Foundation and in return, we will aspire to ensure that you are fulfilled in your work and given all the necessary support in doing that work.

We have a number roles on offer. If any of the volunteering roles are of interest, please download the full job description and complete our Volunteer Application Form.
