Volunteer opportunities at Leeds castle

Discover your next adventure and apply for one of our volunteer opportunities and join the team at Leeds Castle. Gain valuable skills, make great friends and become part of something great when you volunteer at Leeds Castle.

Leeds Castle Foundation was set up in 1974 following the death of the last owner Lady Baillie. It is a charitable foundation that relies entirely on its own endeavours to meet its funding needs.

Help preserve a piece of English history

Volunteers make a significant contribution in enabling the Foundation to deliver a first-class service to its visitors. If you become a volunteer, you will join a team which is entrusted with the preservation and development of a very important part of England’s heritage.

We want our volunteers to be happy, fulfilled and effective in their role and to share their enthusiasm and love for this special place with others.

A fulfilling pursuit

As a volunteer you will contribute your time, energy and skills in support of the work of the Foundation and in return, we will aspire to ensure that you are fulfilled in your work and given all the necessary support in doing that work.

We have a number of roles on offer. If any of the volunteering roles are of interest, please download the full job description and complete our Volunteer Application Form.

How to apply

To apply to be a volunteer, simply read the role description that appeals to you and complete the Volunteer Registration Form which can be downloaded via the link below.
