Upstairs, five luxurious en-suite guest bedrooms offer stunning views of the gardens, the far North Downs and glimpses of Leeds Castle.

The adjacent grade two listed Battel Hall Oast offers a further bathroom and two bedrooms.

In the spring and summer months, a beautiful 100-year-old wisteria smothers the exterior walls with perfumed blooms. For charming outdoor summer weddings, hold your ceremony under the timber-framed garden pagoda.

Doors from the library lead onto extensive gardens and woodland area, a treat in all seasons.
