Your Admission Ticket grants free repeat visits for a period of 12 MONTHS from the date of your booked date with the exception of our specially ticketed events held throughout the year.
For validation purposes each Admission Ticket will require a photograph to be taken of the bearer. The image is stored securely and is not used for any other purposes, please review our Privacy Policy. Children under 16 years may be excluded from this requirement at the request of the parent/guardian. This will be processed when you exchange this e-ticket and stored securely. Your e-ticket barcode will only work on your first visit.
You will need to exchange your Leeds Castle admission e-ticket for a physical ticket in our Visitor Centre on arrival. E-tickets nor physical tickets will be allocated for under 3s
