Join us for an exciting February half term event at Leeds Castle! Mr Borrett, Leeds Castle’s Head Butler desperately needs new staff, as Lady Baillie is planning a grand house party and he’s not ready for all the guests who will be coming to stay.
Be part of the excitement and help Mr Borrett find mislaid items around the Castle and set up the dinner table for Lady Baillie’s banquet… the race is on to be ready in time.
Our visitors can anticipate a fun caper with a treasure hunt, ‘butler training’ games and a magic finale. What’s more, this is all included in your admission ticket price.
Meet the Characters
Step into the whimsical world of Lady Baillie’s magnificent abode and encounter the charming duo of the chaotic Footman, Harry Brann, and the ever-dapper Butler, Mr. Borrett. As all of a sudden, these two lively performers will lead you on an unforgettable adventure within the Castle’s walls. With live participation and interactive experiences, this event will be fun for all this February Half Term.
The performers will guide the children through a sketch, ensuring they are impeccably groomed and punctual – just like real aristocrats! And it doesn’t end there; the event will culminate with a magical finale that promises to captivate both young and old.
Timetable Teasers
- Butler Training Meets Games Galore: Tray relay races, washing line competitions, and above all, entertaining commands. All add a dash of humour to the proceedings.
- Magical Butler Bonanza: Mr. Borrett’s whimsical magic show, featuring dusters, bowler hats, and a sprinkle of silliness.
The Butler’s Castle Quest
During this half term event, families will embark on a thrilling treasure hunt with our specially crafted quest booklet. Featuring a captivating adventure through the Castle. Bring out your inner detective and discover hidden objects that the mischievous characters have left in the Castle.
In case of inclement weather, our dynamic performers will ensure the entertainment continues in the Gate Tower before visitors head onto the quest through the Castle. Don’t miss the opportunity to witness a mesmerising Butler-style magic show filled with whimsical tricks and delightful surprises.
